If you're a new mom, or a mom to be you already know about those
sleepless nights. Either your belly is making your super uncomfortable
while you try to sleep at night, your little one is kicking you in the
wee hours of the morning, or your pumpkin thinks it's playtime and not
sleepy time at 3am. Yeah... no.
If your a mom to be, a maternity
pillow will definitely make the difference. I needed at LEAST six
pillows to make me comfy while I was pregnant ( high maintenance preggo
lady) You can find them at Walmart or Target, ranging from $25- $45.
If you're a new mom, like me, the best thing to do is establish a routine with your baby. Usually I put Tristan down for
some tummy and play time between 5pm and 6pm , feed him around 7 pm,
give him a bath, read a story, say our prayers and usually after 30
minutes, it's lights out.I know it's hard in the beginning to establish a routine with your baby, but, don't worry or stress out. It will get better.
