Tristan is ten months now! My does time goes by quickly. This time last year I was waiting on my baby boy's arrival. Now, he's almost one. Anyway, my pumpkin took his first steps yesterday. I cheered him on as he waddled around the room. Watching the smile on his face made my heart melt. I want nothing but to see that smile upon his face for the rest of his life.
I just started reading this awesome book by Joel Osteen, Your Best Life Now for Moms.
I'm still reading the first chapter, but this book is really making me understand the role of a mom. Our kids look up to us and watch our every move from an early age, and what we do now will surely affect our babies in the long run.
I want to be the best mom in the world. Though there will never be a manual on "How to Be the Best Mommy in the World", a book that spiritually equips you on this journey called motherhood, definitely comes close.
I believe that being a mom is the best gift in the world, but you need God to guide you and direct your steps as a mother.
Watching Tristan take his first steps was the best feeling in the world. It makes me appreciate the gift that God has given me with giving life and raising my little blessing. I can't wait for more #HappyMommyMoments to come.
XOXO,
