What to Wear (And Cook) For Your Man on Valentine's Day

 I don't know about you guys, but I'm pretty pumped for V-day. I've been really tied up with the baby and working on my business, so I definitely could use a break.

Valentine's Day can get pretty cheesy sometimes, especially when looking for something to wear. This valentine's day keep it sexy and chic with your outfit and lingerie (that's the fun part). 

Plus, I've added some yummy recipe links so you can do something different (and save some money) and cook for your man at home. You know what they say, "the best way to a man's heart is through his stomach."

You can't go wrong with a classic LBD, red dress, lace, or a plunging neck line for Valentine's Day. Try a neutral outfit (black, white, grey) and give your accessories a pop of red or pink, or do a red/pink lippie. 

Or if you really don't know what to wear, you can always pull a Cookie and show up wearing nothing but lingerie underneath a faux fur coat. Haha, totally up to you. (Sidenote: If you're not addicted to Empire or haven't seen it yet, you really need to get on board honey)

Both of these dresses you can find on Topshop.  Normally, we go for the pink and red looks for Valentine's day so I made these looks chic, sexy, and appropriate for Vday. You definitely can't go wrong with a LBD and an ankle strap heel. That combo will make you have legs for days. On the right, I have a burgundy lace dress paired with thigh high cutout boots, super sexy. And I topped it off with an overcoat to tone down the look a bit.





Some women think lingerie is pointless (because they're just going to take it off anyway). So what! It's sexy and spices things up a bit. Wear a bra and panty set, mix and match or wear a one piece. Have fun with it.


Now, on to the yummy food. I love food and I'm not ashamed of it. A good meal is hard to pass up for a salad. My favorite meal is anything with steak, seafood or pasta. Create a delicious, elegant, gourmet meal for your man that makes you look like the perfect chef (wifey material, hello?!?).
